Job summary

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Georgetown, DE to lead the warehouse team and drive efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution, implement inventory controls, and ensure safe, accurate operations while utilizing ServiceTitan replenishment features and Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the home services industry.
• Proficiency in using ServiceTitan’s replenishment features prefered
• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management
• Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems, including tracking of on hand stock and conduct of cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Utilize ServiceTitan's replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and streamline operations
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise
• Approve invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
• Generate and analyze inventory and operational reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
