Standard Electric Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Tinley Park and Roselle, IL operations. You will supervise and develop a team of five warehouse associates, ensuring timely receiving, storage, and shipping while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will travel between two Illinois locations, coordinating daily activities and driving improvements to meet service goals. Competitive salary ranges reflect experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at both locations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a positive team environment.
• Monitor performance and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to set goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse operation at both facilities.
• Manage facility repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Travel between Tinley Park and Roselle as needed and attend customer meetings.
