Job description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations, including inventory management, fleet management, safety, and daily operations focused on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execution: Receive deliveries, ensure proper warehouse rotation, assist with inventory counts, oversee activities in the absence of the Operations Manager, manage warehouse rotation policies like FEFO, coordinate fleet maintenance, inspect warehouse condition, ensure compliance during nightly loading, and repackage products as needed.
2. Safety: Promote safety culture through training, advise leadership on safety concerns, report incidents, and inspect working conditions for compliance.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• 2+ years of warehouse management experience
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus
