About the Role: The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-moving setting. You will work closely with warehouse and counter sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and stock daily product transfers into designated warehouse locations
• Operate a forklift (certification training provided)
• Assist counter sales with pulling orders and loading customer vehicles
• Prepare orders for shipment Count stock and assist with inventory management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Experience

• Understanding of technology and machinery used to transport and store materials Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
• Prior experience with UPS and FedEx systems is a plus

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC field
• Can operate warehouse equipment safely Forklift certified preferred
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Regular lifting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, and carrying
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to safely operate forklift equipment

Estimated Salary: $90-100k /yr. with flexibility based on experience and skills.
