Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our telecommunications construction warehouse in the United States. You will supervise staff, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with field crews to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety programs, operating forklifts, and maintaining APOS-based inventory systems. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are required.

• Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in daily operations.
• Follow established policy and procedures for company and our vendors.
• Control and manage all inventory processes and address issues (cycle counts, reconciliations, receipts).
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory management systems (APOS) for company and customers.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet expectations and resolve issues.
• Ensure warehouse duties are completed efficiently by staff.
• Support safety programs and OSHA/state safety laws.
• Work with field supervisors and crews to ensure policy adherence.
• Operate forklift, load and unload trucks as needed.
• Interview, select and train warehouse personnel.

What you’ll do

• Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in daily operations.
• Follow established policy and procedures for companyand our vendors.
• Control and manage all inventory processes and address any issues asneeded (cycle counts, reconciliations, receipts, etc.).
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory management systems (APOS) (Company & Customer).
• Communicate with various levels of management and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met and issues are resolved, including turnaround time.
• Ensure warehouse duties are completed by staff efficiently and effectively.
• Support and ensure compliance with company safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.
• Work with field supervisors and crews to assure all policies and procedures are being followed.
• Operate forklift, load and unload trucks as needed.
• Interview, select and train warehouse personnel, as needed.

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in the telecommunications/construction sector is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory position

The wage range for Warehouse Manager is $70,000 - $80,000.
