Job summary

Launch 3 Telecom is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting electrical and telecom product lines. This role ensures inventory accuracy, team leadership, safety, and efficient material flow to support customer orders and project demands.

Responsibilities include managing operations, supervising staff, ensuring on-time shipments, coordinating with 3PL, and maintaining safety and best practices across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a distribution warehouse.
• Experience handling hundreds or thousands of SKUs.
• Experience in electrical, telecom, construction, or industrial distribution preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Oversee inventory control for electrical and telecom materials.
• Lead, train and manage warehouse staff for productivity and accountability.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipments.
• Coordinate with 3PL division to schedule and manage deliveries.
• Oversee surplus team and surplus inventory operations.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, sales and 3PL teams to support requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Resolve shipping, receiving and inventory discrepancies.
• Enforce company procedures and warehouse best practices.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Oversee inventory control for electrical and telecom materials
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountability
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipments
• Coordinate with our 3PL division to schedule and manage order deliveries
• Manage and oversee the surplus team and surplus inventory operations
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Work closely with logistics, purchasing, sales, and 3PL teams to support customer and project requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits
• Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a distribution warehouse
• Experience managing inventory with hundreds (preferably thousands) of SKUs is required
• Experience in electrical, telecom, construction, or industrial distribution preferred
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a productive and accountable work environment.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
