Job summary

Resell CNC is seeking a full-time on-site Warehouse Manager in Winter Springs, FL. You will oversee daily warehouse operations including CNC cleaning, maintenance, and light repairs, while ensuring safety compliance, accurate records, and staff training. Experience with equipment rigging is highly valued.

Responsibilities include managing the 7-step processing workflow, inbound check-ins, maintenance, photos, and final prep for shipments, plus vendor coordination and auction setups as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse 7-step process for all products and manage daily operations.
• Check-in used CNC machines, tooling, and accessories on arrival; inspect inventory under power.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on inventory; coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Capture marketing photos/videos and handle final detailing and prep for shipments.
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, hours, and MSDS compliance.
• Supervise staff, hire 3rd party vendors, and order parts and supplies as needed.
• Inspect equipment, coordinate routine maintenance, and enforce warehouse rules.
• Organize storage areas, conduct auction setups, and interact with customers as needed.

Job Description:

This is a full-time warehouse manager role located on-site in Winter Springs, FL at Resell CNC. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations including CNC cleaning, maintenance, and light repairs. Other duties will include monitoring compliance with safety policies and procedures, keeping accurate records, and training staff. The ideal candidate will also have equipment rigging experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the warehouse 7-step process for all products
• 1. Check-in Used CNC machines, tooling, and accessories when they arrive
• 2. Inspect Newly Acquired Inventory Under Power
• 4. Perform Preventative Maintenance and Repair on Inventory
• 5. Take Marketing Photos and Videos
• 6. Final Detailing and Prepping
• 7. Checkout
• Increase and maintain warehouse throughput by excelling at processing inventory through the

warehouse 7-step process

• Enter warehouse work orders, 7-step process paperwork, maintenance records, employee hours

and PTO, and machine specifications/options into the company’s inventory management system.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse employee and vendor activities
• Hire 3rd party vendors for repairs and inspections as needed
• Order replacement parts and warehouse supplies as needed
• Inspect warehouse equipment and perform / coordinate routine maintenance according to

the maintenance schedule

• Enforce company rules and regulations in the warehouse
• Understand and comply with Material Data Safety Sheet (MSDS) requirements
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory’s storage areas and work areas
• Perform machinery inspections and interact with customers as needed
• Conduct auction setups and deliveries as needed
• Other related tasks as designated by management

Skills and Training:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lb. regularly and the ability to climb ladders while carrying up to 50 lb.
• Ability to respond quickly to sounds
• Ability to move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
• Ability to operate a forklift with up to a 60,000 lb. capacityHold and maintain forklift operation and rigging certifications
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Understand how to power up and manually jog a CNC control
• Ability to travel, inspect machines, and conduct auction setups as needed
