Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a CNC/Fab Machinery Technician to support service, shipment, and installation readiness. You will perform machine setup, inspection, and basic repairs, and assist with teardown, reassembly, and rigging.

The role requires documenting inventory with clear photos and safely operating forklifts as needed. You will work across brands like Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Amada, Trumpf and Accurpress, focusing on mechanical and basic electrical tasks while maintaining OSHA safety standards in

Qualifications

Working knowledge of CNC/Fab machinery setup, inspection and preparation for service or installation.
Ability to diagnose and repair CNC and Fab machines across multiple brands.
Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude for minor adjustments and component handling.
Commitment to safety, OSHA guidelines and safe equipment handling.
Ability to document inventory, equipment, and shipments with clear photos.

Responsibilities

Perform basic setup, inspection, and preparation of CNC/Fab machines for service, shipment, or installation.
Diagnose and repair CNC machines across multiple brands such as Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Amada, Trumpf, Accurpress.
Assist with basic mechanical and electrical tasks including powering up and minor adjustments.
Safely operate forklifts as needed.
Take photos of inventory, equipment, or shipments for documentation.
Support machine teardown, reassembly, rigging preparation, and service tasks.
Follow safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies in all activities.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely material handling and service work.
