Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Tipp City, OH is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all DF building operations for shipping, receiving, inventory control and sanitation, driving efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will lead a team of 40+ and supervise 3+ salary supervisors while implementing safety practices and process improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or operations management (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills, plus proven leadership and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years management experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Operational knowledge to identify trends and adjust the business accordingly.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing direct reports.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory guidelines and compliance.
