Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an Overnight Stocking Manager to lead team members across a nighttime stocking function at the Dixie Hwy location in Louisville, KY.

You will focus on onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staffing to support store operations and growth. This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in retail or customer service, and a proven track record in leadership, financial analysis, and merchandising.

The leader will be responsible for driving recognition, feedback and coaching, performance management, training and development, and succession planning. The Area Leader will direct Leads and Team Leaders, while ultimately being accountable for area operations and financials (shrink, productivity, safety, scheduling & forecasting staffing needs, and team member and customer conflict resolution).
