Meijer Inc. is seeking an Area Leader for our West Chester, OH location to drive team engagement, coaching, and performance across a span of care. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, safety, and process improvements while guiding Leads and Team Leaders to deliver excellent service and meet financial targets.

Qualifications

The leader will be responsible for driving recognition, feedback and coaching, performance management, training and development, and succession planning. The Area Leader will direct Leads and Team Leaders, while ultimately being accountable for area operations and financials (shrink, productivity, safety, scheduling & forecasting staffing needs, and team member and customer conflict resolution).
