General Description

CACI is seeking a motivated, career-oriented Warehouse Manager with Agile methodology experience to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) team in Northern Virginia. Join a passionate team supporting best practices in Agile Software Development and hardware integration for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As part of the ITI2 Team, you will support personnel safeguarding the American people and enhancing national security. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents work daily to protect our national security by integrating customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection activities.

Our agile programs foster a culture of innovation, seeking individuals who can bring creative solutions to complex technical and procedural challenges. Adaptability and constructive collaboration with diverse, geographically dispersed teams are essential.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the warehouse in compliance with CBP ITI2 CTLF policies and vision.
• Oversee CTLF operations, including 24x7 support.
• Coordinate testing activities with technical teams, including multiple-lane simulations, and improve operational functionality.
• Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Design layout and optimize space utilization.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Control stock and reconcile data with management systems.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for CTLF.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff.
• Generate regular reports on operations and inventory.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements.

You have:

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass CBP background checks (including checks for felony convictions, illegal drug use, misconduct).
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• 7-9 years of direct experience in logistics or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and KPIs.
• Experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Leadership skills and staff management experience.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay Range

Salary is influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and education. The proposed salary range for this position is $77,200 - $162,200. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and more. Learn more.
