Job summary

Scientific Games in Solon, Ohio is hiring a Warehouse Manager responsible for shipping, receiving and warehousing of all tickets and related freight. You will manage inventory records, staff coaching, and help drive cost efficiency and ISO certification efforts.

You will oversee daily ticket shipments, prepare routine reports, and implement corporate initiatives while guiding warehouse clerks and improving operation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipment and related costs of all daily and new games to the retailers.
• Maintain constant and thorough inventory of all instant ticket stock held at the warehouse facility.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested.
• Ensure ISO certification.
• Supervise daily distribution of instant ticket orders.
• Provide daily direction and feedback to the warehouse clerks to ensure they understand priorities.
• Establish monthly, quarterly and annual goals and KPI with each Warehouse Clerk and evaluate progress.
• Train, explain tasks and assist in problem solving.
• Prepare and present reports and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Implement key corporate initiatives as required.
