Job summary

Scientific Games seeks a dedicated Warehouse Lead to supervise daily ticket distribution, train staff, and drive KPI performance in our McCook, IL facility. You will coordinate shipments, maintain inventory, and report on operations, safety, and efficiency, partnering with the Lottery team to resolve issues quickly.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory warehouse experience, bilingual Spanish skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution of instant ticket orders and training of staff.

• Prepare and present reports and documentation timely.
• Provide direction and feedback to warehouse clerks and coordinate with Lottery.
