Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Sidney, OH to oversee automated warehouse operations and a team of clerks and technicians. You will drive safety, food safety, and environmental performance while coordinating with EHS, FSQR, maintenance, and projects.

You will develop plans, monitor KPIs, and lead talent decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time order fulfillment. Expect day shifts with occasional weekend/on-call duties and relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of warehouse management experience with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ASRS receiving and shipping operations across shifts with safety compliance.
• Partner with EHS, FSQR, maintenance and projects to implement safety policies.
• Review KPIs and drive continuous improvements in site targets.
• Develop and monitor operational plans for all assets and shifts.
• Lead, coach and manage talent; handle hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with CSR, planning and commercial teams to ensure order fulfillment.

In this role, you will lead the team of clerks and warehouse technicians, responsible for hiring, promoting and performance evaluation of this team; and the general safety, food safety, and environmental performance of the area. Monitor and improve KPIs related to the area and work with supporting teams (EHS, FSQR, maintenance, and projects) on activities related to the area.**Key Accountabilities*** Oversee all operations from ASRS (Automated Shuttle Receiving Area) and shipping departments (all shifts), to ensure teams are following policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety and environmental compliance.* Partners with environment, health and safety and food safety, quality and regulatory experts to identify the most effective approach for implementing and monitoring corporate safety policies and procedures.* Ensure ongoing review of key performance indicators with focus on continuous improvements in site operational targets.* Develops and oversees operational plans and monitors routine operations for all assets on the area, for all processes and shifts.* Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.* Work closely with Customer Support Representative (CSR) team, planning and commercial teams at Cargill to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment* Other duties as assigned.#LI-KP1**Qualifications****MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience* Minimum of four years of related work experience in warehouse management and/or leading people in plant environments (production, maintenance, projects, EHS, FSQR, or other)**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Two years of supervisory experience* Experience with budgeting and operational planning**Additional Details**- Location: OH-Sidney; Relocation support may be provided.- Schedule is day shift.
