Job summary

Cargill in Saint Marys, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Technician II to support our warehouse operations. You will move, store, and prepare materials and finished products using established processes and equipment, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Requirements include US work eligibility, 18+, English communication, at least 1 year in warehouse or manufacturing, and forklift operation experience. The role offers a rotating shift (6 PM–6:30 AM) with overtime and competitive hourly pay of $21.09

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Understand and communicate efficiently in English (verbal/written).
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials with limited direction.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipments by checking quantities, labels, and documentation and resolve routine issues as they arise.
• Load and unload trucks, racks, and production lines while performing basic quality and damage checks.
• Use warehouse systems or paperwork to accurately track inventory, shipping, and receiving transactions.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean work environment.
• Work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
