Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the Portland, OR warehouse for our HVAC and electrical contracting operations across the US and Canada.

You will manage set-up, receiving, kitting, inventory, and real-time ERP data to ensure field teams are equipped with materials daily. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing/logistics, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, forklift capability, and strong leadership with proficiency in NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• 5+ years of progressive warehousing, logistics, or supply chain experience (HVAC/electrical sectors preferred).
• Proven track record in all aspects of warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure materials are stored and labeled properly.
• Execute supplier pickups and returns as needed.
• Manage material runs and garbage/recycling drop-offs.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Update inventory movements in NetSuite.
• Receive shipments and verify against PO.
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Handle warranty RMAs and vendor returns.
• Record receiving activities in NetSuite.
• Ensure real-time inventory data in the ERP system.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Warehouse Manager for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for management of the company’s Portland, OR warehouse. You will oversee all aspects of warehouse management - from warehouse set-up, material receiving, kitting for the field service team, and warehouse inventory - ensuring the teams have the materials to be successful everyday.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and labeled
• Execute supplier pickups and returns as needed
• Manage material runs and garbage/recycling drop-offs
• Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Update inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuite
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies
• Handle warranty-related RMAs
• Process vendor returns and coordinate credits
• Accurately record receiving activities in NetSuite
• Ensure real-time inventory data and cycle counts are reflected in the ERP system

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
• Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay : $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
