This hands‑on leader will ensure field crews are equipped, supported, and positioned for success by managing tools, equipment, and materials. You will work closely with field staff, coordinate repairs with vendors, and maintain safety, organization, and readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs.
• Effective communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with field personnel.
• Independently oversee day‑to‑day operations at our dedicated warehouse facility.

This is a critical, hands‑on role responsible for supporting field operations through effective management of equipment and materials. This individual will develop a strong understanding of daily field workflows, tools, and operational demands to keep field teams consistently equipped, supported, and positioned for success.

This role has primary responsibility for overseeing operations at our dedicated warehouse facility, maintaining organization, efficiency, and overall operational readiness to support field teams. Serving as a trusted and dependable resource, this individual acts as a central point of coordination for field needs – proactively addressing challenges, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining readiness of equipment while making sound, business‑minded decisions that support the company’s long‑term operational needs and financial health.
