Job summary

Dairy Boy LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Norwalk, CT, facility. This full-time, on-site role involves running daily warehouse operations, overseeing a small part-time crew, and ensuring accurate inventory with clear documentation.

You will write SOPs, optimize layout, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-team needs. Responsibilities include forklift operation, safety, and delivering goods within CT and NY. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running a warehouse, fulfillment or logistics operation.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Forklift certified, or able to get certified — we'll cover it.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.

Dairy Boy is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand built around a new vision of American style — blending nostalgia, sport, and everyday life with a point of view that feels fresh, intentional, and distinctly its own. Our Norwalk warehouse is growing alongside the brand, and we're building the operation around it.

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to run our Norwalk warehouse. You'll own day-to-day operations, lead a small part-time crew, and work the floor alongside them.

The work is hands-on and detailed. Everything that comes in has to be accounted for, easy to find and ready when someone needs it. When items have to reach locations across Connecticut and New York, you'll make those runs in your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed.

The right person has run a warehouse or fulfillment operation before and is extremely organized — you like a space where everything has a place. You notice when a count is off and chase it down before it turns into a problem. You explain things clearly to your crew and to everyone who relies on the warehouse. You can lift a heavy box and also write the procedure that keeps the next hundred boxes consistent.

You'll write the procedures, lay out the space and own the inventory numbers. If you want to do meaningful work at a brand that cares deeply about taste and craft, this is a great place to do it.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years running a warehouse, fulfillment or logistics operation
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Forklift certified, or able to get certified — we'll cover it
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
• Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Extremely organized, with the habits to keep a warehouse accurate
• A clear communicator who can keep a team and the rest of the company in the loop
• Able to lift heavy boxes and equipment safely, every day — up to 50 lbs, regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking and bending for a full shift, in a warehouse with varying temperatures
• A background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus

Details

Full-time, in-person role based in Norwalk, CT. Pay: $28–$38/hr for a 40-hour week, with hours over 40 paid at 1.5x. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate for deliveries.
