Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions in New York is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Distribution Center (DC) Warehouse Manager to lead our DC operations and support the manufacturing machine shop. You will manage day-to-day DC activities across two shifts, including pass-thru, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective processes.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day activities (Product Pass Thru, Pick, Pack, Ship, Receive, and Inventory Control) of a 2 shift operation within a distribution center, ensuring that our tactics, techniques, procedures, and processes are efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with our company's mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Critical to Success in this role:

• Understanding material flow through a DC
• Being able to integrate the DC Ops mission with that of the Manufacturing Machine Shop
• Being able to make autonomous decisions based on data, analytics, and process
