Seneca Foods Corporation in Montgomery, MN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead storage, inventory, labeling, distribution and shipping of finished goods and materials. The role requires experience in packaging concepts, lean manufacturing skills are a plus, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

• Maintain outbound traffic to meet customer orders.
• Oversee safety, quality, CIP/OI, environmental and GMP programs.
• Set up daily labeling/packaging requirements, shipments and receiving.
• Develop annual budgets and packaging/shipping schedules.
• Schedule and receive all packaging material for production.
• Ensure all employee training sessions are held.
• Supervise, train and schedule warehouse staff.
• Develop new procedures to improve productivity.
• Manage warehouse systems with focus on safety, cost, CI, and service.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the storage, inventory, labeling, distribution and shipping of our finished goods and materials. Experience in different packaging concepts and processes needed. Knowledge and demonstrative use of Lean Manufacturing skills a plus.
