Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Commissary Manager for Summit in Wisconsin to operate and supervise the commissary management program per contract specifications and district direction.

In this role, you will supervise inmate labor where applicable, manage inventory levels, report financial results, source products, and build strong client relationships while upholding company standards. This position is onsite in Wisconsin and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Inventory management experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise the sales process.
• Supervise and direct inmate labor (where applicable).
• Accurately report financial results per Company protocol.
• Accurately maintain proper inventory levels.

The Role at a glance:
