Job summary

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Ohio to lead a team of supervisors and frontline staff toward safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations.

You will motivate, coach, and connect team members to the larger business goals, while ensuring safety and high performance across shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years supervising operations.
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.

What You'll Do: Be the Engine Behind Operational Excellence

As aWarehouse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliversafe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You won’t just manage people — you’llmotivate, coach, and connectthem to the bigger picture.

• Salary Range: $75K to $90K per year


• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required


• 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders


• Proven skills inteam leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration


• Experience inwarehouse or distribution environments


• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment
