CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Joliet, IL to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency. You will assign tasks, supervise personnel, and coach a team of Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain accurate workflows.

This role emphasizes training, process improvement, and scheduling collaboration with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.

At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes.

• Pay Range: $24.96/hour


• Schedule: 1st shift (Monday-Friday 6am- 2:30pm)
