Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking an In-Store Warehouse Manager for our Littleton location. The role oversees store warehouse operations, prepares packing and shipping documents, and ensures accurate, damage-free inbound and outbound shipments.

Flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation is required. Responsibilities include processing orders, inventory control, labeling, cycle counting, loading/unloading customer vehicles, and using forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be certified.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manually move and lift 50lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of proper safety measures.
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a team rotation.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders and assemble orders from stock.
• Sort and place materials on racks or shelves by predefined criteria.
• Complete inventory paperwork including shipping and receiving confirmations.
• Ensure accuracy of store inventory at all times.
• Label orders and back stock clearly.
• Participate in cycle counting program.
• Load/unload customer vehicles and document paperwork.
• Process incoming freight trucks in a timely manner.
• Use equipment such as forklifts to move inventory.

Job description

The In-StoreWarehouse Manageris responsible for:

• Helpingoversee the warehouse at the store itself.
• Preparing packing and shipping documents.
• Picking and staging outbound shipments.
• Ensuring inbound & outbound shipments are accurate &damage-free.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

They must also have the ability to manually move and lift 50 to 100 lb. boxes of tile on a regular basis and have the flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation.

Job Description

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping order, or requisition to assemble customer orders from stock and place order on pallet or shelves.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Complete all paperwork pertaining to inventory, which includes shipping confirmations, receiving confirmations, purchase orders, open orders, order check-off, and UPS.
• Ensure complete accuracy of store inventory at all times.
• Label all orders and back stock clearly.
• Participate in the cycle counting program.
• Load and unload customer vehicles; ensure proper paperwork is completed and signed off by the customer after loading of product.
• Process incoming freight trucks in a timely manner.
• Proper use of equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, to move inventory.
• Inspect equipment to maintain good working order.
• Record amounts of product received and distributed.
• Accountable for overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse.
• Enter records into computer.
• Other duties as assigned.
