Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead outbound warehousing, replenishment, and staff operations. You will optimize space, oversee truck loading, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

You will also monitor workflow, drive productivity, manage stock control, and contribute to budget and reporting while maintaining safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Safety management and inventory control skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound, warehousing, and maintenance operations.
• Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Oversee loading of trucks efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow of employees while pulling orders and loading trucks.
• Ensure productivity targets are achieved and processes run optimally.
• Strategically manage the warehouse in line with company policies.

The Warehouse Manager will be managing and overseeing activities related to product replenishment, order selection, order loading, providing management and direction to warehouse staff and ensuring safety and security of the outbound warehouse personnel.

You will:

• Manage outbound, warehousing, and maintenance operations
• Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Responsible for overseeing the loading of trucks efficiently, accurately and on time
• Responsible for monitoring workflow of employees while pulling orders and loading trucks
• Ensure productivity targets are achieved, and warehouse processes are running optimally.
• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
• Contribute to annual budget development
• Produce reports and statistics regularly
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

You have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience
• Process improvement expertise
