Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jersey City, NJ. You will support the Warehouse Manager and supervise the warehouse team to ensure operations meet company and distribution center standards.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 5:30pm to finish, and offers a salary in the $68,000–$70,000 range. You will plan daily activities, forecast volume and staffing, and mentor staff to develop effective operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and engagement skills
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 5:30pm-finish

Salary range: $68,000-$70,000

You will:

• Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects

You have:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry
• A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and engagement skills
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
