EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- 5 years of experience in estimating commercial and residential construction projects is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE/SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Knowledge and experience with ERP or similar software is a plus.
- Proficient in databases, Excel, presentation, and reporting tools.
- Advanced time management and scheduling skills.
- Intermediate organizational skills to implement systems ensuring efficient tendering, costing, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting contractual and financial documents.
- Patient, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively within internal and external teams across departments.

- Operational management experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods, and material testing.

- Manage stock control and data reconciliation.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
- Plan tasks, oversee staff, and evaluate performance.
- Generate reports such as in/out status and dead stock reports.
- Handle pressure and control inventory reporting and analysis.
- Monitor departmental expenditures against budgets.
- Produce monthly inventory reports for warehouse materials.
- Collaborate with accounting, project management, construction, and procurement teams.
- Develop and update warehouse and inventory policies and manuals.
