Job summary

Slice Merchant Services is seeking a Warehouse Deployment Manager to oversee POS device inventory, configuration, and distribution from our New Jersey headquarters to Puerto Rico. You will manage the full lifecycle of hardware, ensure quality control, and drive efficient fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or deployment and inventory management operations.
• Experience coordinating inventory, configuration, and outbound shipping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deployment team operations including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory management.
• Manage deployment and configuration workflows for POS systems (Clover, Valor, Dejavoo, etc.).
• Ensure devices are properly staged, tested, and merchant-ready prior to shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across NJ and PR locations, including forecasting and reorder planning.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards for all outgoing equipment.
• Coordinate logistics for inter-office fulfillment (from NJ to PR) and vendor deliveries.
• Supervise and mentor deployment staff, including inbound, outbound, and admin teams.
• Enforce and optimize SOPs for deployment, RMA handling, and inventory reconciliation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Tech Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding/order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment time, error rates, backlog, and inventory accuracy.
