Ccgcatv is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day telecommunications construction warehouse operations in the United States. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure APOS accuracy for company and customers, and coordinate with field teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills, with forklift experience and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications/construction is a plus.
• Ability to work under deadline-driven environment.
• Must pass drug, background, MVR, and DOT screenings.
• Valid driver’s license required and forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations.
• Follow policy procedures for company and vendors.
• Control and manage inventory processes and address issues (cycle counts, receipts).
• Ensure inventory systems (APOS) accuracy for company and customers.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet expectations and resolutions.
• Ensure warehouse duties are completed efficiently by staff.
• Support safety programs and OSHA/state workplace laws.
• Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure policy compliance.
• Operate forklift and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Interview, select and train warehouse personnel as needed.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and actively participating in the day-to-day operations of a telecommunications construction warehouse.

What you’ll do

• Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in daily operations.
• Follow established policy and procedures for companyand our vendors.
• Control and manage all inventory processes and address any issues asneeded (cycle counts, reconciliations, receipts, etc.).
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory management systems (APOS) (Company & Customer).
• Communicate with various levels of management and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met and issues are resolved, including turnaround time.
• Ensure warehouse duties are completed by staff efficiently and effectively.
• Support and ensure compliance with company safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.
• Work with field supervisors and crews to assure all policies and procedures are being followed.
• Operate forklift, load and unload trucks as needed.
• Interview, select and train warehouse personnel, as needed.

The wage range for Warehouse Manager is $70,000 - $80,000.
