This role focuses on safe, organized, accurate, and efficient operations; build the team, implement process improvements, and ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing and 2+ years leadership, proficient with ERP/WMS and Excel, and is ready to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or related operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong inventory management and control knowledge.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient Excel and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience in agricultural equipment or related industries preferred.

Job description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading Red E's day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse organization, and team leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a safe, organized, accurate, and efficient warehouse operation. The Warehouse Manager sets priorities, develops the team, improves processes, and helps ensure products get where they need to go accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse team members while building a positive, engaged, and team-focused culture.
• Set priorities and coordinate workloads to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify opportunities to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and shipping activities.
• Maintain an organized warehouse layout that supports efficient product flow and space utilization.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional warehouse environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and support continued growth.
• Use operational data and metrics to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support inventory availability, customer needs, and overall operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, distribution, or related operations is preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use data and metrics to make decisions and improve processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience in agricultural equipment, aftermarket parts, industrial distribution, or a related industry is preferred.
