Job summary

The Tile Shop in Denver is seeking an In-Store Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, assist with shipping/receiving, and collaborate with Showroom staff to deliver top-notch customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work nights/weekends in a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include processing orders, managing inventory, and using warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and ability to read/write in English.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational skills and basic math.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and safety procedures.
• Able to move and lift 50–100 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves.
• Sort and place materials by product code, size, type, style, or color.
• Complete inventory paperwork including shipping confirmations, receiving confirmations, purchase orders, open orders, and UPS.
• Ensure complete accuracy of store inventory at all times.
• Label all orders and back stock clearly.
• Participate in cycle counting.
• Load and unload customer vehicles and secure paperwork signed by the customer.
• Process incoming freight in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment including forklifts and inspect for good working order.
• Record amounts of product received and distributed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Enter records into computer.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Tile Shop isNOW HIRING a FULL TIME and IN-STOREWarehouse Manager. The Manager title is not management of personnel at this time. It is management of the warehouse space/shipping and receiving as well as working cohesively with the Showroom staff to ensure correct, timely, above and beyond customer service is the standard at the location.

The In-StoreWarehouse Manageris responsible for:

• Helpingoversee the warehouse at the store itself.
• Preparing packing and shipping documents.
• Picking and staging outbound shipments.
• Ensuring inbound & outbound shipments are accurate &damage-free.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

They must also have the ability to manually move and lift 50 to 100 lb. boxes of tile on a regular basis and have the flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation.

Job Description
