Job summary

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This hands-on role coordinates with the Superintendent, manages budgets, schedules, and contracts, and serves as the primary client contact on data center projects in Dallas.

You will develop project plans, monitor milestones, review invoices, and mentor junior staff while ensuring work meets time, budget, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred.

Job Overview

The Project Manager (PM) is a key leader at Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc., responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. This role leads the project team, works closely with the Superintendent, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Project Manager also serves as the main point of contact for clients and helps drive team performance while supporting the company’s mission and values. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.
