Staffmark Group in Dallas, TX is hiring a Warehouse Manager on a direct-hire basis. The role offers a salary of $80,000–$95,000 per year with flexible hours between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, and tied to a dynamic distribution environment.

You will oversee warehouse operations, lead teams, and ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently across the supply chain. This position emphasizes results, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, including direct management of staff.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and surveillance skills.
• Ability to proactively demonstrate sound judgement and safety management practices.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure.
• Flexible, dependable, able to follow directions, and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct department managers and supervisors in the day-to-day operations.
• Delegate responsibilities between departments to achieve optimal operating results and continuous improvement.
• Strives for cost-per-line improvements in all operations with a focus on productivity gains and error reduction.
• Monitor warehouse performance towards corporate goals and initiate appropriate action to achieve them.
• Maintain operations reporting, including Excel spreadsheets, production reports, and WMS reporting.
• Manage projects to ensure goals and timelines are met.
• Assist the GM in all management/administrative functions.
