Job description: Ferguson Construction is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to join our Columbus, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing warehouse functions such as tool and equipment inventory, fleet management, material ordering, logistics, and deliveries. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics is required. Knowledge of basic construction processes, especially tools, equipment, and materials, is preferred. The candidate should have a proactive attitude, teamwork skills, multitasking ability, and experience overseeing warehouse staff, including a Warehouse Associate.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
2. Experience driving a box truck or stake bed.
3. Good driving record.
4. Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
5. Ability to lift 30 pounds occasionally.
6. CDL is a plus but not required.
7. Mechanical experience and forklift certification are preferred but not mandatory.
