Job summary

Ambient HVAC Parts Supply is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Seattle, WA. You will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship HVAC equipment and parts, coordinate with sales and project teams, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs regularly).
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, shipping software a plus).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Assist with staging equipment for project deliveries and job site readiness.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance needs.

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of HVAC equipment and materials. This position is essential to maintaining efficient logistics and supporting both internal teams and customer project timelines.

Compensation

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of $25-28/hr and eligibility for overtime pay.
