As the Warehouse Manager at Bath Experts, you will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products for installation. Your responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing daily load outs, and promoting safety and teamwork in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in logistics, inventory management, and safety performance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and outbound deliveries.
2. Oversee installation load outs, staging paperwork and materials, and assist loading trucks.
3. Collaborate with installation, customer service, and procurement teams to maintain accurate inventory.
4. Manage inventory levels, tracking, and reporting.
5. Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval.
6. Maintain and repair warehouse equipment and systems.
7. Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
8. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOL, EEOC, and other regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds and handle physical workload.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
