The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe, productive, and well-organized warehouse environment.

Position Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory records.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular inventory counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and handled.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure daily operational targets are met.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and workplace safety.

Shipping and Receiving

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Work with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure shipping documentation and inventory transactions are completed accurately.

Safety and Process Improvement

• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety procedures and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Keep warehouse equipment and work areas clean, safe, and properly maintained.

Prerequisites
