Job summary

Monterrey Tile Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, shipping and maintenance operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on efficiency and safety.

You will plan workloads, coach staff, and collaborate with other departments to meet company goals. Day-to-day duties include supervising multiple warehouse teams, enforcing policies, and identifying process improvements while maintaining cleanliness and security

ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Minimum 5 years previous warehouse manager experience
• Knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Must be able to work in outdoor elements
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
• Must be able to pass a felony background check
