Monterrey Tile Company in Chandler, AZ seeks a full-time Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and lead a motivated team, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, shipping and maintenance activities while maintaining safety and adherence to company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid time-management and project-planning skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years previous warehouse manager experience.
• Knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work in outdoor elements.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to pass a felony background check.

• Working with various departments to realize effectiveness and manage expectations
