Warehouse Manager

Location – Cedar Rapids, IA

Reports to – Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound freight scheduling, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, third-party logistics providers, and the customer.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities in conjunction with the Warehouse Lead
• Manage inbound and outbound freight scheduling
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking for shipments
• Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager and participate in customer meetings
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean, organized environment
• Support building modifications and enhancements as needed
• Assist with cost tracking and managing to budget and schedule
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Forklift Certification preferred

This is an on-site position with hours from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours and weekend work.
