Job Description

Integral Truck designs and manufactures modular truck storage solutions that are secure, weatherproof, and built for performance. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations—from inventory and order fulfillment to shipping, receiving, and team management.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and supporting a growing customer base with excellent service.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, customer service coordination, and supervising future staff. You will ensure smooth fulfillment operations and contribute to developing and implementing systems that scale as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Oversee daily shipping, receiving, stocking, and fulfillment processes
Implement and improve efficient warehouse systems and workflows
Ensure inventory is accurately tracked, organized, and damage-free
Handle LTL shipments and inbound freight
Process and inspect returned items and restock or repackage as needed
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold 5S organization standards
Oversee equipment maintenance and supply restocking

Team & Safety Management

Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff as company growth demands
Create work schedules and assign tasks
Maintain compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
Promote a safety-first culture in all warehouse practices

Customer Service Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email and text regarding orders or vehicle compatibility
Track customer interest in vehicles not currently supported and log for future product development
Ensure customer service tickets and return requests are handled quickly and professionally

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Inventory teams
Provide feedback for product improvements based on customer returns or recurring issues

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role
Customer service experience and strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and work in environments with varying noise and temperatures
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt as the business grows
Comfortable with standing/walking for up to 8 hours per shift
Forklift certification is a plus
Familiarity with federal and state warehouse safety regulations
High school diploma or GED required
