Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors. Today, Koch Air has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.

Koch Air is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our St. Louis team. The Warehouse Manager will manage warehouse team members and drivers, overseeing inbound and outbound product movement.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform and lead the team to complete duties per the Quality Management System, with a focus on continuous improvement.
2. Provide leadership and coaching to develop proficient and engaged team members. Foster an environment of positivity, accountability, and ownership.
3. Organize inbound and outbound product movement to maximize accuracy and safety.
4. Supervise daily activities of warehouse team members, including support and coaching on warehouse safety and OSHA compliance.
5. Lead the warehouse team to provide best-in-class customer service.
6. Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 3 years of work experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS preferred).

This role has a schedule of Monday - Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM, with occasional after-hours based on business needs.
