Job summary

Imperial Brady is a leading North American distributor and solutions provider for cleaning and facility care, foodservice, and packaging. The Warehouse Manager will oversee training, development, and efficiency of warehouse operations within the division.

Ideal candidates have prior warehousing management experience, familiarity with ERP systems (Prophet21 preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring safety and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management in a distribution/warehousing environment.
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft applications; Prophet21 preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and execute procedures for shipping, receiving, inventory and warehouse processes, including coordination with purchasing and sales.
• Support and enforce safety programs and guidelines.
• Select, train, direct and motivate warehouse staff.
• Appraise performance and recommend salary actions.
• Direct day and night warehouse crews and delivery drivers through Lead personnel.
• Schedule and ensure accurate receiving and put away of stock.
• Ensure delivery trucks are loaded safely and accurately.
• Ensure drivers provide outstanding customer service and maintain safe working and driving habits.
• Ensure all DOT rules and regulations are enforced.
• Maintain safe working conditions in the warehouse, including safe storage of hazardous products.
• Handle additional duties or special projects as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Prior management experience (distribution and warehousing environment preferred).
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft Applications; Prophet21 preferred

• Strong analytical skills with a good to excellent proficiency level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift up to 50lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $80,000- $83,000 per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
