Job description

White Felt Casino Events is one of Texas’ premier casino party rental and dealer staffing companies, serving corporate clients, non‑profit fundraisers, and private events across the state. Headquartered in DFW with active expansion into Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, the company delivers high‑volume, logistically complex events on tight timelines. We are growing quickly and building the operational infrastructure to support that growth.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager owns three core pillars of White Felt’s physical operation: Events, Fleet, and Facilities.

This means every event goes out fully staged and on time, every vehicle in the fleet is maintained and road‑ready, and the warehouse and physical spaces are kept in clean, organized, working order. These are not shared responsibilities. This role is the accountable owner of all three.

The position also carries full responsibility for building and managing the labor force that supports these pillars, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing part‑time staff using White Felt’s in‑house curriculum. The right candidate is equally comfortable directing a crew and solving a problem with their own hands. They do not need to be micromanaged. They take ownership, communicate proactively, and get the job done.
