Position Details

Warehouse Management Trainee

Pay from $26 to $35 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

Location: Texas Branch, 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261

Position Responsibilities

1. Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
2. Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
3. Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
4. Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
3. Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
5. Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
