Job summary

Uline is offering a Summer 2027 Warehouse Management Internship in Lacey, WA. The paid, full-time internship provides hands-on experience across order fulfillment, shipping, velocity, and inventory control, with mentorship to develop leadership and teamwork skills.

Earn $22 per hour while gaining meaningful project work and the potential to transition to full-time after graduation. All positions are on-site at Uline's facilities.

Qualifications

• This internship is open to junior-status college students pursuing warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain degrees.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse departments including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control and facilities.
• Prepare for future leadership by learning how to develop and support warehouse teams.
• Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
• Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking and inventory control.
