Job summary

Uline in Lacey, Washington, is seeking a 2027 Warehouse Management Intern for a paid, summer internship. Earn $22 per hour while gaining hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse operations at our on-site facility.

You’ll work with mentors, develop leadership skills, and have the potential to join Uline full-time after graduation. The program emphasizes training in inventory control, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fast-moving distribution environment.

Qualifications

• This full‑time internship is open to Junior‑status college students only.
• Seeking a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience in warehouse departments including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control and facilities.
• Prepare for a future leadership role by learning how to develop and support warehouse teams.
• Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
• Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking and inventory control.
