Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, is hiring a 2027 Warehouse Management Intern for an on-site summer program in Lacey, Washington. You will gain hands-on experience across order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping and other warehousing operations under the mentorship of senior staff.

This paid internship provides real-world projects, helpful mentorship, and the potential to join Uline full-time after graduation, with opportunities to grow within a stable logistics company.

Qualifications

• This internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse departments including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control and facilities.
• Prepare for a future leadership role by learning how to develop and support warehouse teams.
• Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
• Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking and inventory control.
