Ben E. Keith Company in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support our warehouse and refrigeration systems. This full-time role focuses on keeping equipment reliable, safe, and compliant with industry standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, manage reports, and assist in purchasing equipment while collaborating with shop staff to meet daily operational needs. This position offers growth opportunities within a long-established distribution leader.

Responsibilities

• Repair warehouse machinery: forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Manage maintenance activities and document repairs on BEK computers
• Adhere to BEK Foods safety rules and policies
• Maintain records to comply with EPA (PSM/PHA), OSHA, ANSI and Homeland Security
• Perform monthly, quarterly, annual reviews of PSM standards and document changes
• Prepare and review the facility's monthly Good Monthly Report
• Access and input data into warehousing system to generate reports
• Maintain warehouse and refrigeration equipment and records
• Prepare reports and keep records of departmental activities
• Determine equipment needs and select/purchase equipment as required
• Manage material and equipment requests for upkeep of equipment
• Participate in shop maintenance activities
• Participate in required annual refrigeration training
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration/warehouse equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager
